Jazzotel Bangkok

I had prepared to make an early check-in, but when I got there, the receptionist downright said that I can't check-in early. However, the bellboy saw me struggling and helped me out. He asked for the email confirming the early check-in and explained to the receptionist. The rooms were clean. The bathroom door was jammed but then repaired it within 10 minutes of letting them know about it. The breakfast was good. The bellboy was helpful in handling complaints and showing me the way to the convenience store.
